Even if they aren’t cleaning your tables. Sure, tip the person who helps you more but remember that they ALL serve a position and function that leads to you getting a tip.

When Im training a new chef in a position that I myself work once a month, I do not need selfish servers in my way, in my face and griping about the new chef in front of him.
Looking to spend a less than mediocre time on a FTB Direwolf20 server with your favorite but not included to things such as: Abusive staff, Extreme Ass kissing, Refusing input to better the server, Taking shit about you after getting muted, Promoting creative but then refusing to add onto it to better the experience, Banned by association, and much more? Then I have the server for you.
ShadowNode. c: Yes, these magnificent creatures provided my friend and I with only the best service. And make sure you read the rules! Pg rated chat!! but you can talk about your dildos and where they go kids ;) During our stay on this t-riffic server, we decided to go and check out the creative world (the main reason we got on the server). We were greeted by a mess of terrain generations (giant world holes but not?) and a lack of any real creative features. You could not touch the world unless you claimed your 11x14 plot, but don't worry you can gain more blocks by voting for the server or exploring and playing! Noticing this my friend mentioned to the Owner (KevHawk with a whopping CEO rank) that the plots were very small. Everyone loves to get on your case after kissing major ass to the owner so don't worry we had some great input from our server mate, Rose, who said along the lines "Wow that was such a long 2.5 seconds to go vote and explore then get 250 more claiming blocks, How dare you owner!"
The owner was very unprofessional when we mentioned to her about the issues with the plugins, mentioning that either people play or "compain" and we chose the route to "compain" and referred to other servers we could go to as "shitty ass servers" (very pg chat folks).
Overall the experience was not delightful and extremely disappointing that the owner would not even take into consideration stating that she told us what she would do, how she could do it, and what she was not willing to do (which was listening to your players to better their experience on the server, and we wonder why there was only 4 people on, hm?) Server crashed a few times, lagged a bit but was ok. Staff and members were keen on kissing the owners ass multiple times, even hypocritical to their own rules. Community was very rude and sarcastic (abusive and cocky after both of us being muted).

I go on too many minecraft servers where the admins are douchebag-twelve-year-olds (or act like it). I also despise the ones who use rank as a bribe to get donations (example: $25 for moderator, $40 for admin). It isn't a huge problem until people take advantage of their positions and use it against other players when the players have done nothing wrong. It just makes me sad because the servers could have potential to be great, but the people on there can ruin it.
