why did I never hear that they turned ‘Blood And Chocolate’ into a low budget movie back in ‘07 and more importantly that Hugh Dancy plays the love interest? I mean, it’s clearly a terrible movie (I wasn’t a fan of the book either so I barely remember it), but Hugh Dancy moping around old cathedrals as a sappy graphic novel artist?! 

I’m watching it now. 

It’s kind of like someone got high and mashed together a bunch of b-plots from the Shadowhunters TV show. The best part is that all the action happens off-screen because they obviously couldn’t budget VFX. 😆

Why does the D'yavol London announcement video's background look so AI slop-y??

Basically, everything except the poster in the center looks like it's AI generated. And a cheap and free online AI tool created one at that too. If this was created using traditional graphic design tools, they really fucked up the lights. That rendering is awful!

They could have just slapped that poster on an LED standee and have someone photograph it on their phone (see AI generated pic made using Gemini below) at a preferred London location.

man 10 years ago i’d enjoy the shit out of ready player one (i mean i loved the book back then) but this movie is making me cringe and i dont even know why
