     “. . . . .” Here comes the second one. Dark eyes glance over, half-lidded. Usually he likes chaos, but this is just ridiculous. As if he cares for the whole backstory of whatever nonsense the two are going on about.      At the mention of the ability to create fire, his eye twitches, “And who told you I can create fire--or bother to let you gaze upon Phoenix God again for such a useless thing?” 

     “The only thing that will be cooked will be you.”

Even More Injury Memes

Seto watched as the last of the new duel disks were being loaded onto the final shipping truck and signed off on the delivery.  It had been a busy day trying to get everything in order since there had been an issue with some of the parts needed to construct the new shipment.  Normally, he wouldn’t trouble himself with such menial things, but since it had become such an issue over the past couple of weeks, he decided to handle it himself.  With everything finally settled, he turned back with Isono to head back to the car.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be.  One of the loaders came running up to them shouting something about an injured person near one of the warehouses.  Great.  He let out an irritated huff and turned to follow the worker, along with Isono and some of the others.  This was his operation.  If someone got injured while he was in charge, he would need to take care of it.

As they got closer, little splotches of blood began appearing on the concrete at their feet.  The worker continued to follow the trail.  That didn’t seem good.

They rounded the corner into an alley, and Seto froze in his tracks.  He wasn’t sure whether to be more relieved or appalled.  It turned out it wasn’t one of his company’s employees who was injured, but Joey Wheeler.  What was he doing there?

Seto pushed his way through the crowd and knelt in front of Joey, snapping his fingers in front of his face to see if he was still conscious.

@bad-decision-central​ Ichinose smiled as he made his way down a Japanese street, clad in his soccer tracksuit. He had been in town for an international soccer match when he remembered his friend from childhood was also back in Japan and so he looked him up.

They had talked a few times in America while Serenity was in Hospital as was himself, so maybe Joey wouldn’t even remember him. He’d soon find out though!

Following the instructions that his friends in Inazuma Japan had given him he rounded the corner and saw a familiar blond walking by, apparently going home. Joey! Grinning, he adopted his American accent and spoke in English. “Hey! Is dat Joey Wheeler going by?” Ichinose grinned and waved.
