📻 for kharis?
Ok i know the game says one song but I'm giving u 3 bc I have no self control, so:
Rain Clouds by The Arcadian Wild- funnily enough this is one of the more hopeful songs on his playlist, kharis carries a LOT of guilt with him, and this song is one that marks a turning point for him where he stops isolating so much and asks for help, starts letting people in more, especially Alistair. I have no qualms saying this is definitely a shippy song for them, kharis spends so long pushing him away and distancing himself despite his feelings (much to leliana and zevrans chagrin, they are so exhausted w his antics) bc his last partner died before they even had a chance to be together amd hes so worried about getting him killed, bht eventually those walls do break down and he lets Alistair care about him
Cold is the Night by The Oh Hellos- tamlen :( sad :((((, song about blaming himself for tamlens death and missing him real bad, they never even kissed!!! It was one of those we both know we like eachother but we're fine taking it slow and just basking in the feelings things, and then they went into that dang cave and now kharis all alone with his regrets and he's sad
Let's Kill Tonight by Panic at the Disco- yeah I know it's a patd song, we all have our guilty pleasures. Let's hear it for self destructive tendencies!! Wahoo!!!! After becoming a warden, and especially after the first big battle, kharis leans *hard* into 'i am a weapon, my job is to protect people, if I am not protecting people I have no purpose' and he goes maybe a little Too hard whenever they're battling enemies. He has a lot of anger buried under layers of politeness and apathy, and the only way he can vent it is by killing monsters, so uh, safe to say the reaver subclass is very apt for him
