I love how Runaways, One Day At A Time and Atypical are kinda connected through Ariela Barer and all three have lesbian and bisexual teenage representation while Ariela herself is bi, we love a queen

I just watched season 2 episode 7 and 8 of Atypical. There are a lot of positive changes happening but Casey is really struggling and that makes me sad. My thoughts:

I think it’s kind of nice but still a little weird that Sam leaves messages for Julia and she listens to them.

I’m glad Elsa’s including Doug in Sam stuff.

I’m very glad Casey and Evan made up.

Honestly Sam going to Bodin with Paige isn’t that bad of an idea.

Nate is an extra big douchebag now. It’s so annoying that Izzie believes him so easily over Casey.

Evan is a freaking amazing person and boyfriend.

Casey is really good at talking to Sam and giving him advice and it’s really sweet when they have talks.

So I have discovered that the girl that smokes weed in the closet with Sam is the dirtbag who was mean to Beth in season one and I don’t know how I feel about her anymore. She’s okay but I just wish we would get more of her so I could find out if I like her or not.

Teenage girls are ruthless and savage and poor Casey.

I didn’t even think of Sam going to school for art either but that would be awesome.

I definitely don’t think Sam and Bailey are good for each other as a couple.

I’m sad Casey lost Izzie as a friend because I was starting to really like her and it was good for Casey but I’m glad she’s spending more time with Evan.

Elsa and Doug totally just used Julia as a couples therapist and I feel bad for her. It was awkward.

I really hope Casey doesn’t fail Biology.

I like Megan but it would be kind of weird if she went out with Doug.

I’m glad that Doug is open to couples therapy.

I hope Elsa realizes that her and Doug getting intimate again isn’t going to automatically solve everything and I don’t like that she got in the shower with him.

I just finished season 2 of Atypical and I’m really happy with where Sam is but I’m very conflicted about Elsa and Doug and Casey, Izzie and Evan. My thoughts:

I don’t like this thing between Bailey and Sam.

I wish we had more Casey and Doug. They’re moments are so cute.

Elsa doesn’t understand Casey at all.

Casey has such a good best friend and boyfriend but her and Evan really can’t dance.

Paige is so frustrating. Sam doesn’t owe her anything.

Elsa is an idiot for inviting Izzie and her friends on Casey’s birthday. Who the heck does Izzie think she is showing her face on Casey’s birthday? Evan didn’t really help.

Elsa is kind of pushing herself on Doug and it’s kind of annoying.

I’m glad Casey and Izzie made up but now I’m confused. I love Casey and Evan but there’s definitely something between Casey and Izzie and I don’t hate it. I can’t make up my mind.

I’m so proud and happy for Sam.

Good for Doug!

Yay for Casey and getting her license!

I’m glad Julia and Sam are in a good place now and it’s sweet that he invited her to his graduation.

I’m glad Elsa has found something new to do.

Oh my God! Elsa is not the best at giving advice sometimes. TMI!

Ugh I still love Casey and Evan and I’m glad they’re happy but I can’t watch them together without Izzie in the back of my mind.

Poor Sam. People are assholes.

Paige is a force to be reckoned with. I’m glad her and Sam are friends.

I was not expecting that from Sam but Paige doesn’t annoy me as much anymore so I guess I wouldn’t mind if they got back together.

I really wish Doug would have talked to Elsa and not Megan even though I like Megan.

Ahhhhh! My heart is so conflicted!

Franky × Ms. Bennett/Bailey Bennett idea where Franky takes Anya and Bond to the dog park and while there, Bond reunites with the puppy, Daisy. They're instantly best friends. Big brother and tiny little sister playing with each other, playing for over twenty minutes until they finally get tuckered out.

Bailey suggests, "So... s-same time tomorrow? Daisy adores Bond. It's so nice to have a friend who protects her!"

Anya immediately says "YES" while Franky.exe has stopped working. His brain is completely fried. Kapoot!
