When the weather is nice, it;s night time, nice and quiet, and I'm all by myself doing what I want without any disturbances.

Pakistan. I both like and dislike it here. The way the country is running and the people running it are crap. We're faced with problems daily from electricity shortages to security risks, illiteracy, oppression and general difficulties with government related offices. From corrupt officials to corrupt clerks, we have them all.
But at the same time, I love this place because some of the population is absolutely fantastic and they're very sincere. And we have loads of piracy here so we can some pretty good deals on imported products because the dealers have vendors no idea what they're selling lol.
But at the same time you have like a 2% chance of finding official merchandise.. specially in my city T_T
