Wind Waker Ganondorf is best. He has such good characterization in that game. I felt so bad the first time I saw him give the speech about coveting the wind. (Close second is Hyrule Warriors' Ganondorf purely for that mane of hair.)

it almost seems as if they wanted to give him a little more screen time for a background story segment larger than the snippet he gives us. he’s the one that makes you question whether or not he’s really the bad guy.
