Baked Hot Chocolate Pudding

Prune Whip

Ingredients

3 egg whites

3 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup prune pulp

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or coconut

Instructions

Beat whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in prunes and walnuts. Pour in ungreased pudding dish. Set in hot water. Bake in moderate oven until firm. Serve hot or cold.
