Fresh figs baked at 350 degrees for 40 minutes with honey and fresh mozzarella. Oh my goodness so yum. I had never baked figs before but I’m glad I did. Sometimes I have a sore throat due to acid reflex so I’m always looking for foods that coat and soothe my throat. Figs in honey are perfect. I don’t cook as much as I used to but whenever I do I am reminded how much I enjoy it. I plan to make Some yummy banana recipes this week with a bunch of over ripe bananas.
