PUDDING I clearly remember that I had pudding for the 1st time when I was in Class VI. One of my grandmom (My maternal aunt's mother) prepare it the best. Honestly, speaking she is the only lady who made me fall in love with this dessert. After that I had it quite a lot of time but none tasted as best hers not even my one. I miss that but try to prepare it as the recipe I have learned from my maternal aunt. This one is my own recipe while the process of making is almost same. . . So the recipe goes like this: ¤ Mix one cup milk, for eggs, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon powder in a blender. ¤ Put the mixture in a greased bowl. ¤ In a steamer boil water. ¤ When the water starts boiling lower the flame and put the bowl in it and steam at high for 4 mins and then at medium flame for 1/2 hr. ¤ Take it out after it is done and let it cool down at room temperature. ¤ Garnish with Dark Chocolate.
