I tried the #bakels Mango Dessert Topping I bought at @bakeaton tonight, in a Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake. The viscosity is super thick and the vibrant color, is perhaps why I chose it. Truth be told, I would absolutely use it a a dessert topping, but not for milkshakes. The idea is for this to be used for pancakes, waffles, cake topping and desserts but the option as a milkshake syrup, in my opinion just misses the mark. Retailing at R89-99 I think it's value for money. That said though I would stick to using it as a topping.
