30 steps up but 12 jumps. Of course holding my iPhone and jumping is it so easy. I’m also still recovering from an inflamed Baker’s cyst. You might think I watching previous video like jumping down where my feet are 8 feet off the ground onto concrete that I want to do more harm to my knee. But as I’ve said in the past my view is unless you stress your body the bones muscles ligaments and tendons they are going to be more having a relationship with injury than recovery. I’m only to wear from past experience where I had done too much jumping and hurt my cyst that has become more inflamed. Today was on Saturday. Sprinting in any form races the heart rate fast and for the older adults like me it has its benefits especially when I think I’m pretty fit. Eight months ago when I damaged my right knee and gave myself a inflamed Baker’s cyst I was told by my therapist that lunges would improve the health of my knee except it was impossible for me to do them. The inflammation of the cyst didn’t allow me. Who is the top part of the crime climbing up it’s always easier and climbdown. I washer have to be careful because the bakers cyst on my right leg I still not healed so I’m still making sure more pressure is resting on my left leg. It is important if you have an injury who is be aware of the injury and try not to strain it. Don’t do as I did I learn the hard way.
