Made during my lunch break - “Easiest PB Cookies” (I added Hershey’s Special Dark kiss). These were 4 ingredients - 1c sugar, 1 egg, 1 c pb, 1 t vanilla. However, Short Stuff & I found them too sweet. For our family, 1/2 c sugar will do. My question - if I remove 1/2 c sugar will I need to add something for the cookie’s consistency? Ideas?
