📖 Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g fresh broccoli
1 egg
1/2 medium sized onion
30 g grated cheese
50 g oatmeal
3 tablespoons chopped dill
salt and pepper
🍴How to make: 1. Preheat ovent to 200°C. 2. Chop the broccoli and then cook 1 minute in boiling water. 3. Add the broccoli to a bowl and add egg, cheese, oatmeal, dill as well as salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. 4. Form small rolls out of the mixture and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 5. Bake for 18-25 mins until golden. Make sure to flip halfway. 6. Serve with tomato sauce, ketchup or your favorite sauce. Ready!
