Behold, several Balfits I've been playing with while I pick an "official" one for his height lineup. Feel free to pick a favorite:

in order:

give him a jacket, his paranoia will enjoy another layer

normal casual outfit + the neck coverage that I don't normally bother to draw

this one really looks way better without his arms crossed lol

probably a later-in-life outfit + a big overcoat - in his and Taro's colors (orange and teal) instead of KING's (purple) this time

maybe an undercover in a temple disguise? idk KING's got some weird godhood going on and Balf would hide in plain sight as his bodyguard

Liz's wet dream or something, all dolled up, sexy, and wearing her colors (red/pink)

Does your character work so that they can support their hobbies or use their hobbies as a way of filling up the time they aren't working? Balfas doesn’t have many hobbies - mainly piddling on his alchemy and decorating with bones. The alchemy is a byproduct of surviving the hard way, and the decorating is really just baby’s first attempt at making a home for himself.

@doctor-bus sent me this dialogue meme by @cereovo the other day and chose Balfas to be the OC exhibited! Thank you both, this was equally fun and difficult to do, but it was a nice way to keep me busy on a day I've been under the weather. I hope he's entertaining!

I forgot to upload this the other day! Healthy competition is good, but Balfas is only gonna tolerate so much fighting between the kittens before he scruffs them and reminds them that they need to rely on each other and have each other's backs.

Balfas is sort of a teen dad with tween kids. Gnolls age weird and he's big and jaded enough to pass it off. The kittens technically adopted HIM, but they live in his room and he accepted them as much as he knows how.

continuing the lingerie series with Balfas and Liz! He is as dressed as he could feasibly be, while Liz is only barely less dressed than she usually is.
