I completed Those Who Govern Reason (the four gods/secret job bosses from Octopath Traveler) between January - August 2021.

Averaging around 160 stitch square on 16 count navy aida, they are, without question, the biggest cross stitchings I’ve ever completed. They’re also, by far, the ones I’m most proud of. Pride of place on my shelf behind the Octopath 2 busts.

FINALLY booted up Octopath Traveler again to try and continue with the post-game content after getting discouraged and not playing for who knows how many months. Did some grinding up to level 62, then managed to beat Winnehild AND Balogar (already had Dreisang) so now there’s just Steorra and I’ll have all the prestige classes! ^_^

Secret Jobs

Decided to try for the secret jobs before taking on everyone’s ch4 (don’t ask why, idk why) and it’s been an experienceTM

Dreisang was honestly?? underwhelming i was not expecting that last hit to end him

Steorra wasn't too bad (she’s also really pretty??? like excuse?) i finished her with Aeber’s reckoning and was not expecting that to actually kill her

Balogar is still undefeated but he next (side note: i like his aesthetic idk it’s simple but nice)

ANYWAYS ALFYN + SORCERER CYRUS ARE MONSTERS WHO CAN HIT THAT ELEMENTAL WEAKNESS 3x PER TURN LIKE DAMN

H’aanit or someone with a hunter subclass is a blessing with Leghold Trap

Therion with Armor Corrosive & Aeber’s Reckoning is my main damage output

OH AND THE PPL WHO MADE THE OCTOPATH SOUNDTRACK OWN MY SOUL THEY WHO GOVERN REASON GOES HARD AND YOU CAN’T CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE
