November 13th is Garth’s birthday AND National Hug a Musician Day, and Garth definitely deserves all the hugs! On top of being president of the marching band, Garth is also captain of the swim team, pianist for the choir and jazz band, and he’s planning on trying out for the lead role in the school musical (rumor is they’re doing The Music Man this year)!

it’s pretty obvious I’m going to be color guard captain next year, and I’m already talking to the director about props. our school has a very small budget for our guard because its “unnecessary,” but my dream is to have a solo with large, iridescent, swing flag silks. does anyone happen to know where I can find them? please help me out we have to figure it out soon
