great workout today!!

I did wake up with hip pain that i’ve never experienced before, and it’s obviously related to my sciatic pain/piriformis but feels a lot more like hip impingement. but unlike the sciatic pain I was able walk normally and do all of my exercises today (including deadlifts) so I’m calling it a W!

this rolling ball (??) has helped a lot too for some muscle massage on my hip/side. current MVP of my rehab/workout routine
