⚔️💔⚔️ I have so many words and I don’t know where or how to start… Berserk came into my life late, in 2016 when I met the love of my life. My Guts to my Casca. The story of Beserk has connected me to a culture of incredible people who have all faced adversity and continue to fight despite their many demons. You know when you chatting to someone you just met and Berserk comes up, and you’re both like “woah,yeah, Berserk!” And then proceed to gush about your love for it and what it’s done for you? Each of us has experienced the impact of Kentaro’s genius writing and its affect in different ways, but each just as profound and life changing. Wether it inspired me to create music, create a discord server called Band of Hawk, to connect with Berserk fans who share the same passion and guts, to create artwork and themes around Berserk, to spark conversation about how and what it means to someone else or to continue pushing through obstacles by impersonating characters from Beserk that continuously give me strength and inspiration. I absolutely adore the Beserk community and culture Kentaro created. Today has been filled with tears and paying homage to an absolute hero and genius and his creations will continue to live in my heart forever.
