2 months ago I posted a photo of my first running medal I'd got 3 years ago and wondering when will I get my second medal. . But then chances were coming. Even though I don't like running, I really wanted to learn how to run properly. So I decided to participate in 2 running events, first was 5K and the second was 10K, aiming high & optimist 😎 (but actually scared) . My 2nd & 3rd running medal obtained in just a week difference, then I fell sick 😂 (you can see it in my face lol) wasn't in a healthy condition but thank God I didn't passed out in the middle of the street lol. . Thanks to these buddies who accompanied me during my 'hard times' of running hahaha. Pocari Sweat Bandung Marathon 2017 30 Juli 2017 My 2nd Full Marathon. Without training. Hahaha. I only run 5 times in july before the race and only 5k. A week before race i try to long run (20k) with a new shoes. But it makes me got plantar injury. Yes a week before race I even can't walk. Hahaha. Fortunately 3 days before race i can walk again. Hahaha. In this race I didn't have any target. I just try to run as far as I can. And in the end i can finish under cot moreover i got my pb. Hahaha. Thanks to @dedenfrdn @erisnurul and @ivanfhm who accompanied me ran that time. Can't wait for next fm.
