This might be a weird thing to say, but I don't think Eloise is a good monarch for Blue. From what I've observed (as a 4c watcher), she often isn't on when the rest/most of her kingdom is and when she is she's mostly hanging out with Red. This presents a blind spot where she doesn't really know her own kingdom. She doesn't know it's inner politics, where people stand, or their opinions on both their kingdom and Red. Plus, with her being closer to Red means she is more biased towards what is arguably the enemy and while they mostly don't act like it, they are at war. And that bias also means she is probably more likely to listen to a member of Red about what to do about Blue than her own kingdom, which also means there is this tension where her kingdom doesn't trust her to listen or degree things that won't hurt them. And this is not even factoring in how isolated she was from Blue even before series when she wasn't allowed out of her own home
So, while I do think she's trying her best, I really dont think her being on the throne will lead to anything but tension rising and encouraging distrust that will hurt her relationships with them even after her two weeks are up
