INGREDIENTS
+/- 500g Mince
butter or olive oil for frying
2 onions
garlic
green pepper
mixed herbs
tin of All Gold tomatoes (low sugar)
whatever veggies you have (I used cabbage, gem squash, broccoli and baby marrows)
METHOD
Brown your onions, garlic, mince and green pepper in butter or olive oil
