yeah i’m ashkenazi and i’m whiter than a fckin white walker. but then again there are a lot of middle eastern ashkenazi jews. a good rule of thumb is to just ignore the fact taht someone’s an ashkenazi jew, although sephardic is different ;)
i mean, i think the big thing is to NOT assume someone is automatically a PoC just because they are jewish or are a jew live in israel b/c a) there are jews of every single race and saying that a white jew is a PoC defs erases non-white jews and b) saying that every jew in israel is automatically poc erases the really discriminated against arab minority
