You must do the things you think you cannot do.

But at the same time, remember to do the things you can do: take care of yourself and be there for, not only your friends and family, but more importantly for yourself. :) 

I’ve been realizing that I’ve been sacrificing a lot of myself for other people and for other things that don’t really matter as much in the long run. And I’m trying to work on that. But I still don’t know if I can do it.
