Red and Pink Poppies

Was in the mood to draw and before it disappeared I grabbed the iPad and painted some simple poppies. Used the Bardot gouache brushes since I hadn’t used them in quite a while 😊

Man on a Hill

I just felt like doing a watercolour. Noticed that I had been favouring the oils and pastels and thought I should practice a little watercolour. Looked through my pictures searching for a relatively simple subject and settled on this evening landscape of a man silhouetted against the sky. I used the Bardot watercolour brushes.

Winter Reflections

Dabbling in some watercolour with a simple landscape. Used a photo on my Flickr as inspiration, winter trees reflected in a pond.

Still need to work on my watercolour technique, to be honest, I like to organize my art in Procreate by Stacks, and I needed a second piece to create a Bardot Watercolour Brush stack so I painted this 😊

Green and Red Tomatoes

Guess I like tomatoes? 🍅 They are also one of the more eye catching vegetables when walking through the garden 😊

I used a slightly different tomato photo for reference, might have been the same community garden, can’t remember, although this time with pastels. Used the Bardot Pastel Brushes and simplified the background a bit.

Green Tomatoes

I enjoy walking through the community gardens when I happen on them to see what people are growing. Took some pictures of green tomatoes a while back and decided to try painting them. Used the Bardot gouache brushes.
