Bar Redux and 504 What Style Present Hey Ho, Let's Go To The Art Show! Rock Art By Steve What Style with Musical Guests The Siouxies Steve What Style has branded himself as a Rock n Roll artist, finding inspiration in all things rock and underground. Steve What Style's work instantly triggers a sense of pain as well as a lust for life. Referring to his work as “Provoking Pop Art”, it is obvious that women, love, hate, and music fuel his creations. Like the for forefathers of underground art. His NOLA inspired Pop Art Style is reminiscent of the West Coast School of Rock N' Roll Surrealism represented by Coop, Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, Robert Williams, R. Crumb, Andy Warhol blended with Master artist Salvador Dali and Leonardo da Vinci . Steve What Style's work has popped up all over NOLA from band fliers, album covers, posters, galleries, restaurants, bars, etc. Steve also DJ's on The 504 Underground Music Show on WHIV 102.3 FM. The Siouxies are a New Orleans all female post-Punk, Goth-pop cover band dedicated to Siouxsie and the Banshees. They will play at 6pm on the patio. Steve What Style will curate with his signature radio show, The 504 Underground Music Show's, playlist. Bar Redux & T'Lark  Present Singer-Songwriters Spotlight

Singer-Songwriters Spotlight is a monthly show in the vein of VH1 Storytellers. The host has the guest share the writing process and influences.

This month features T'Lark, Michael DiMarco, and Blue Fox.

T'Lark- is a young, talented singer/songwriter who was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She studied voice/music at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and traveled all over the world playing music. An eclectic group of current and past musicians have influenced her compositions. She has recently returned home to her New Orleans roots and looks forward to becoming immersed in the New Orleans music scene!

Michael DiMarco - Typically behind the drums, Michael DiMarco is making his way to the front of the stage with his own music. Inspired by bands including Incubus, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Pink Floyd, and Foo Fighters, his style is a mash-up of genres spanning from rock and blues, to funk and electronic. Michael is showcasing acoustic versions of his progress while writing his first original album.

Blue Fox- Blue Fox is a well-rounded entertainer who has performed at numerous venues throughout the country who is a true Bluesman.  In 1984 Blue moved to the Boston area and made his living playing in Harvard Square and clubs around the City. He was a regular at the blues jams and studied guitar with Paul Rishell. He has been playing around NOLA and has just finished a 2 month weekly residence at Bar Redux.
