Rock Art By Steve What Style with Musical Guests The Siouxies Steve What Style has branded himself as a Rock n Roll artist, finding inspiration in all things rock and underground. Steve What Style's work instantly triggers a sense of pain as well as a lust for life. Referring to his work as “Provoking Pop Art”, it is obvious that women, love, hate, and music fuel his creations. Like the for forefathers of underground art. His NOLA inspired Pop Art Style is reminiscent of the West Coast School of Rock N' Roll Surrealism represented by Coop, Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, Robert Williams, R. Crumb, Andy Warhol blended with Master artist Salvador Dali and Leonardo da Vinci . Steve What Style's work has popped up all over NOLA from band fliers, album covers, posters, galleries, restaurants, bars, etc. Steve also DJ's on The 504 Underground Music Show on WHIV 102.3 FM. The Siouxies are a New Orleans all female post-Punk, Goth-pop cover band dedicated to Siouxsie and the Banshees. They will play at 6pm on the patio.
