Ummmm.  Ummmm... Well my top played song in iTunes is Ave Maria by David Bisbal, but I wouldn't say that's my favorite.

My favorite song of the day is probably.....the Glee cover of La Isla Bonita.  Or L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole because I was watching the Parent Trap!
