But now, in competing with Mia to be her opposite because she's just stamping Mia's actions as evil so by doing the opposite she'll be the good guy- she's letting her personal feelings make her a shit manager.
And no, the Legendary Marjorie! we heard about via Mia's own opinion when we met her is not here. She hasn't been in a while- and it honestly pains me to say it but Janice was actually right. Marjories' personal feelings about people do get in the way of how she manages her staff.
Mia on the other hand hasn't really been teasing Marjorie much, nor going against her- in absolutely non Mia fashion she's mostly putting her head down and doing her job and only butting heads with Marjorie when Marj is making bad decisions.
I want to say I miss good manager Marjorie but honestly watching the old videos... I don't think we ever had her. We had iconic and news worthy moments where Marjorie flourished- but mostly it's been (at least since the fire storyline) mediocre management with situations that have a 50/50 chance of going smoother than they have any business doing or small details exploding out of proportion.
Goes to show how highly Autumn thinks of Marjorie though because that's mostly who The Knights + Mia & Siobhan got their info about Marjorie from.
