Full Length Total Body Barre Workout | 40 Minutes
What is a Barre workout? A barre workout is what ballerinas use to help with their balance and posture, while performing a range of moves.
In this workout, you start on the floor performing a range of core exercises, then you move to standing, while holding onto a bar or chair, and perform a range of leg exercises.
This workout goes pretty fast, and you will feel the burn. This is another type of workout to help tone and lengthen the muscles, without straining the joints.
