Mental Preparation Still Needed
Two days ago, the governor of Maryland decided to announce, the reopening of restaurants. I’m so not ready, to start working with the public again. Sure, I knew this day would come. However, a little more notice, would have been nice.
Tonight is going to be an absolute shit show. The restaurant, where I serve and bartend at, isn’t adequately prepared either. It’s been almost four whole months, since anyone has taken the time to organize and restock everything. Trust me, I’ve tried to do it on my days working carry out;but since my bosses lack efficiency, we’re now fucked.
Maybe we’ll get lucky, and it won’t be slammed the first night. Doubt it, but fingers fucking crossed.
