I can't take the glory.
Bibimbap bashta!
During my trip in Korea, I got to try different restaurants that offered Bibimbaps. The restaurant that offered bang for the buck Bibimbap for me was located at the end of Bukchon Village, (don't know how to read this sign though). :)
It was just a small and cozy place perfect for small groups.
Bibimbap is a famous Korean dish which literally means mixed rice; derived from the Korean words Bi Bim which means mixed and and Bap which means rice. It is served with a bowl of rice, some meat and couple of vegetables. Sometimes, raw egg is also added just like the one we ate. :)
After eating, we also tried their chilled cinnamon-ginger tea with dried persimmons called Sujeonggwa. :)
AHHH BASHTA! :p
