For Pyrathis! I hope this isn't an overstep for me to ask this, but what is Wasting Disease? Does it only affect fallen angels?
Not an overstep at all, don't worry.

This video really shows how I would feel if I'm standing next to the major WH40K characters like a Marine for example
I'm a short Asian young woman and I'm considered short even though it's the standard average height
I just think short people would feel so small in WH40K
As a german/dutch who inherited none of the "TALL!"-genes of both these people I can relate to the guy in this video.
In 40k shorter people are the norm - the nutrition-situation isn't that great and health and safety are not main priorities. So about 99% of the Galaxy's human population is average sized, because they are workers on agri-worlds (agri-worlds are the Imperium's bread baskets and they are horrible mono-culture places where nothing grows except one kind of grain, genetically engineered to withstand all pesticides. It's Monsanto-hell. Why they are not using insects for protein, is beyond me, though. Maybe too effective and logical) or factory-workers on industrial planets with 16 hour workdays.
If you are lucky enough to be born into a higher caste, you may grow to your full height, though.
The fighting forces may not get better but at least a bit more food (Planetary Defense Force are at the low end of this. They are just the local army and have very mediocre equipment and training).
But most people in 40k never see any of the TALL guys and gals in their entire lifes. Astartes are incredibly rare and the only opportunity to see one, may be on holovid or propaganda-posters. Or if a Chaos Warband decides your planet looks plunder-worthy or like a strategical advantage. But you won't be happy to see them.
What makes you feel small though is the whole architectural situation. All the towering spires, hives and cathedrals are built to impress and are about ten times the height of our cathedrals today.
Life in the Imperium of Man is no fun, at all. So it's not surprising Cultists of the Chaos Gods or the Tyranids' Gene Stealers have it easy to establish footholds. Everything seems better than what the Imperium offers. This may be right or wrong.
'the jedi council is democratic'
sure they might internally vote on matters but it is an appointed body, not an elected body
that's... that's not what that word means
by that definition the house of lords is voted by popular vote ig
Lore time!
So this is brad, hes super cool, and probably my most well knownOc to others, hes kinda infamous at my school....
hes a human, mutant with telekinesis. In current lore he is 24 with two jobs. A day job and a night job. During the day he sells ice cream to children (and also somehow survives constantly getting bombarded by single moms who want to date him) and at night (the job he likes and was also doing at 17) hes a magician.
but how did he get his extra arms, you ask? Its simple, his new "assistant" was out to get him so at one of his magic shows he used a basically indestructible straight jacket and put it on too tight, so he was trapped. Then Brad just randomly woke up with more arms, the straight jacked had weak shoulders. And then he was like this for five years (18 - 23).
during those 5 years he accuired his amazing ball and chain, and met this demon lady, Lill (shes based off of Bill Cipher...) and started dating her. It was a very toxic relationship... and Brad couldnt get out of it. Also one day he threw a tantrum and broke his ball and chain. Lill decided to replace it with a tu-tu. He was wearing a fucking tu-tu for like half a year. Oh right, how did he get out of the straigh jacket? Well with enough scratching it broke. Also eventually Brad got the guts to break up with Lill... That didnt go well... he probably got some scars now... I just noticed that Lill's a little Yandere... and VERY bossy, minipulative and controling.
welp, there you go, the basics of Brad's lore! I hope yall like him
What is TACA?
I can take this one. :)
The TACA stands for “Trainers Against Child Abuse”. They’re volunteer trainers who help protect kids from… well, child abuse. They’ll stand by the young ones at the courthouse, protect their house from the abuser, and even come to us to adopt a comfort Pokemon. They essentially use the terror linked to some species to help keep children safe from terrible people.
Charm loves them since they A) Help teach children more about Pokemon than how to house train them or use them for battle and B) Use people’s ignorance against them. Your average person would be scared of Baskerville because he’s a scary looking Houndoom, despite him being the opposite of scary. The TACA use that to help and even educate children. Plus once your a TACA child, they’ll protect you even into adulthood from your abuser.
We know of a few famous trainers who are in the TACA, like Steven Stone. Though, more trainers are joining everyday. They do mostly run off of donations, but the work they do is extraordinary.
To Razz:
I'm not familiar with the world y'all are from, so I dunno the lore! Why are you called Siren from the Stars as a pop star?
Thanks for the first ask anon!! <333
Hello Charm! Do you get a lot of patients at your center? Or is it mostly young Pokemon?
It’s mostly patients around here. People mostly use the mismanaged Daycares to care of baby mons. Probably because those places will say “I have no idea where the egg came from” rather than explain procreation. I just feel bad for those babus since there’s barely anything enriching in those daycares and they often don’t have any proper health care aside from basic first aid.
The league really needs to crack down on that, but since daycares aren’t battle applicable like centers are, we get shuffled aside.
