#rebuild phase 3 week 2: DONE. Much better than I anticipated - especially with the #deadlift! The workout: #squat 3x5@275, #overheadpress 3x5@85 and deadlift 1×5@325. That last DL set was far easier than my set if 315 was a week or two back. I'll probably do this for one more week and then switch to a new program.
