Thai Basil Stir Fry (Spicy & So Tasty)- Moose Meat-(Pad Kra Pao)
This delicious street food is super quick meal to put together & ready in just minutes. You can have this dish on its own with rice, but the most popular way is to have it with a fried egg.
Thai or even Malaysian fried egg is fried in a LOT of oil because the key characteristic you want is that bubbly browned edges of the egg whites & fully cooked yellow.
I use ground meat (moose) in this recipe because it’s the most classic and the most “street” way you’ll find pad kra pao, but you can use any types of meats you like (chicken, beef, pork etc....). Give this delicious meal a go and enjoy this amazing thai street food :)
