bat hybrids are mistaken for demons or vampires and are killed, their population is very low… so when tecgnoy transitioned, no one in his colony took it well.
they forced him to be something he is not, and he escaped.
the females were becoming increasingly scarce, but no one risked bringing him back.
it was too dangerous, and they believed he she would die at the hands of a hunter.
and they were right. a hunter found him and shot him down, but instead of dying, techno fell into dream carrot field.
dream is a bunny hybrid who was expelled from his burrow for not meeting the expectations of being a bunny.
dream wanted to fight, to be more than just a scared cute little bunny.
his burrow saw him as a threat and kicked him out.
he wandered for months before making his own burrow. it was hard to start from scratch, no one trusted that a rabbit could do anything more than look cute in a photo.
in his original burrow, it was normal for some rabbits to be born female and then change to male, so he didn't see it as strange. obviously, humans and some other hybrids didn't see it that way.
they tended to come to his new burrow to bother him for being a nuisance or a failure, so when he heard a noise in the carrot field, he thought it was some guys destroying it again.
but when he came out, he simply found techno with arrows through his wings and torso.

The leaders of his colony wanted to mark him so that everyone could see that he was a disgrace… but they didn't think about the fact that they were leaving him blind in one eye.
• Dream earns money by selling his body and hunting… but after Techno moves in with him and they are harassed even more and with them he finds another source of income.
