Tim Drake being a dragon prince in a fantasy AU I want to write but probably never will. Tim’s entire bloodline died in a attack when he was a baby leaving him the only person alive that can communicate with dragons. During the attack Tim was saved by one of the dragons and left on the doorstep of a nearby orphanage. This orphanage is very poor but it’s filled with so much love. When Tim is 9 he starts working to earn extra money to help feed the smaller kids at the orphanage.

The batfam is apart of a small guild called the dark knights and Tim starts working with them to earn quick and easy money. He loves being a hero and helping people and thrives in the position. Plus it pays well enough to make sure no one at his orphanage goes hungry. When Bruce finds out Tim was living in an orphanage he decides to adopt him and donates a lot of money to make sure the children are well taken care of. Tim travels with the batfam until he’s in an accident on a solo mission where he loses his memory.

Tim meets a guild who call themselves young justice and he joins their guild while he tried to remember who he is. Conner and him get along pretty easily, both of them having lost their memories of their past. In the meantime all the bats are searching for Tim.

Dragons are dangerous and rampaging. Without the Drake royal bloodline there is no one around to mediate between the humans and the dragons and they are at war with each other. The YJ team goes on a mission to a dragons lair to slay a dragon that burnt down a nearby village and in the lair Tim keeps hearing a voice. He thinks little of it since no one else can hear it.

The bats enter just as a large dragon swoops down on a cliff standing tall. The dragon is crying but to everyone except Tim is sounds like roars. The bats and YJ just watch helplessly as Tim approaches the dragon and stares into its eyes. The dragon bows it’s head and let’s Tim stroke it’s nose. Kon is struck by how beautiful Tim looks next to a dragon with his long dark hair bellowing in the wind and his soft pale skin that looks so delicate even though Kon knows Tim is one of the most dangerous people he’s ever met and he is smitten.
