A recent piece I made for the batrat art challenge on Max Grecke’s discord server. We had to draw the server mascot, so I went for batrat-chan fan art. Had a lot of fun with this one ✨✨✨
I wish BatRat didn't only exist in my brain because I am weak for these two. Though I think it's cause it probably only works in my personal DCAU. Since some Suicide Squad shenanigans happen that are the cause and effects of so much stuff that happens to my favorite C-list rogues: Drury, Garfield, Lonnie, Otis, and even Kirk.(Plus my oc but I don't think anyone would care) Which I’d love to explain if anyone wants to hear about it.
But yeah, Kirk and Otis are both rodent themed, lonely, misunderstood, isolated old men with nothing much left but the people they’ve grown close to and *sobs* I just think they're neat.
Plus, my Kirk ended up accidentally killing Francine when transformed into Man-Bat and they never had kids so with Otis, Cleo could be the daughter he never got to have....
