Manbat and Damian!

In this au Damian made his journey to Gotham on his own rather than with talia as a final test before meeting his father, Damian traveled Gotham searching for his father, and announcing to all he met that he was to be respected as ‘ the son of the bat ‘, this lead to him announcing himself to two face and dime ( this aus’ Jason) who took son of the bat literally and decided to bring him back to his ‘father’ manbat on the assumption that Kirk had joined the other villains and found himself a protege.

Damian protested at first as he had been trained to take part in his legacy as the heir to both Batman and the league, but when a nine year old animal and conservation enthusiast is offered the option to become a giant bat that’s a very simple decision…

After Damian was ‘returned’ to Kirk with a great deal of confusion on both parts after Kirk became aware of Damian’s supposed fate and positive views on bat conservation ( talia raised him right 💅) Kirk agreed to keeping him in the loop as a fellow man bat or babybat as Damian was titled one the other kids took notice of the newest jr criminal

Talia is the only one in the league aware of Damian’s current occupation after confronting Bruce about where their son is. Bruce has yet to figure out Damian is baby bat and assumes that Damian is on the run somewhere and one day will return to him.

Talia knows about babybat, but is proud of her sons independence and allows Damian to use league funding for bat conservation and tests with Kirk

Even when not in his bat form Damian screeches at the other badbat kids, Tim in particular.
