All the other battle facilities: Complete all the challenges and beat the other heads! Ah ha! You have won against me! Congratulations you are now in charge of running this facility!

The Battle Subway: Beat the battle Subway, go home, complete Highschool, apply for college, complete College-oops,didn't get the appropriate degree?-Go back to college, complete college again, apply at the subway, get the lowest rank job, train your caboose off, slowly move up the ranks, finally apply for the subway master position, hope you are qualified enough, realize this job is 60% paperwork, 45% Trains, 5% pokemon, Wonder why ten year old you couldn't just try to become champion instead. Cry when the current subway bosses kick your *ss. Go home and think about your life.

All this to say that I bet Palmer over in Sinnoh doesn't even have a GED.

In all seriousness, I’d love a Pokemon game where you got to be in charge of a battle facility. You’d get a say in designing it, what aesthetics you went for, etc. - and then you’d get to take a crack at running it, facing increasingly stronger trainers as you built it up, making economic decisions and putting specific items in the BP shop, etc.

As an extra bonus, you’d get to fight player characters, Gym Leaders, Champions, and even other facility heads as you advanced through the game.

Just a thought, but I think it would be fun to be a battle facility head.
