Wrath of the Spirits: Her connection to the very spirits of the forests has blessed her with the ability to not only listen to the warnings woven into the currents of troubling events, but has bound herself to nature’s existence itself. She can summon mists to shroud the land, can communicate with the land and cause her to tremble, even wield the winds as if they were unseen blades.
Nature Charged: Rivienne relishes in fighting and combines her proficiency with blades/swords with the aether around her and from within. Using her weapon to channel aether, she summons forth wind and earth attacks by either raising her blade to the air, or striking the very ground at her feet. The impact is not as intense as if she was to summon a spell with all her focus, but it adds to a delightful distraction mid combat that gives her an opening for an attack.
Maiden of Combat: She excels in being quick and precise in her actions when fighting; most of this comes from her conditioning to be an effective killer. Rivienne’s senses are naked, raw, during combat, and she takes in her opponennt in their entirety. The more she is pushed during combat, the stronger her attacks, the blows are vicious and unforgiving. Her determination is made of steel.
Headstrong: Rivienne has limitations and breaks them without considering the option of backing down from a battle or confrontation. Her will is unbreakable, which at times leads her to unfortunate circumstances when her stubborn nature decides to get in the way of logic. She is blinded by her purpose and gains tunnel vision and disregards the consequences her body may endure.
Healing: Rivienne, naturally a conjurer, has no concept of healing without taking her own life-force to do it. With no particular training given to her, she has not been able to properly master this skill and has put her focus on offensive traits of conjury.
Triggers: From her past, certain words can set her off like a rabid beast, or cripple her entirely. Either has a negative impact on her person. A few were embedded into memory, often sitting in the ravine of her thoughts - these were made by her former Commander to control her when she was pulling taut on her tether.
