Separate occasion and different dress. Nancy becomes a model for a friend’s fashion show, she then sees a bad guy and chases after him in a ballgown. Completely destroys it. This book is old so back then it was like barely over a thousand dollars or something, but now it would be worth like over 10,000 dollars. The math’s not perfect, Nancy wrecking an insanely expensive dress is perfect though
