𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | This week I went to @andinalondon to try out some of the new dishes for spring, and left feeling strong feelings for dishes I wouldn’t imagine. Its not that I don’t like ceviche, it’s not not a dish I would usually go for, but from the whole night one of my favourites was the Yana Tuna Ceviche. The rocoto chilli tigers milk gave this dish quite the kick, which was backed up by the pickled pineapple, radish, and picked onion. The Salmon Causa also packed a punch, whilst sitting on a smooth cool potato cake. I love that they have bavette on the menu now, on top of chunks of cassava, finished with a tamarillo fruit vinaigrette. My favourite dish from their partnered restaurant @cevicheuk has also made its way over, the prawn tamale. This is an absolute must order. The sticky wings were also VERY nice, coated in a sweet and savoury smoked panca chilli glaze.
