I feel bad for MC. Not many talk about the neglect she probably received as a child. The way her mother acted around her after visions. MC even knew how to read her mother and tried to comfort her only to be yelled and shoved away. Not saying her mother didn’t care I’m sure she did, it was just out of her control. Then the possible harassment she took from other kids because she would randomly freak out after a tapestry scene. Then when she was faced in the auditorium, ash covering her hands. Possibly killing the one or all of the people who cared for her (LIs) and now being looked at as a monster. There is lifelong rage in MC, hopefully it will come out soon.
We're literally gonna have a battle of the gods, MC isn't connected to Rheya's bloodline because she's in the Bloodkeeper bloodline. She's her own progeny, her own goddess. While Rheya can master a real old type of blood magic, we're going to master psychic energy. Like in this chapter alone we had: a psionic blast that disabled Rheya's power, the growing power of her looking into memories, and SHE MENTAL BONDED WITH GAIUS. THAT'S POWER HAG AND RHEYA WILL NEVER HAVE THAT. AND WE'RE GONNA MASTER IT, WE'RE GONNA BECOME A GODDESS AND WE'RE GONNA KILL THE FIRST VAMPIRE.
