My Fave Comebacks/Debuts of October 2019
[yeah i’m behind lol bare with me, Also man October wasn’t doing it for me. It was hard for me to get like 20 songs not because i liked so many but the opposite, some of these i even kinda wanna scratch off the list but....i left them on there] No Specific Order
1. Hashtag - “My Style”
I do like the cute, refreshing sound of this song. I mean I’ve heard better but it was cute enough that I found myself listening to it a few times.
2. Argon - “Give Me Dat”
October seemed to be the month for like more darker, hard core concepts but a lot of them fell flat for me. This is one of the few that I kinda actually liked. The music video itself is a bit jarring for me though I don’t enjoy watching it much.
3. Ha Min Woo - “Let Me Love You”
Lol let’s be real the Tropical House genre is never leaving kpop as a whole haha. But I still like it
4. Jeong Sewoon - “When It Rains”
Ballads don’t usually make my list [well i say that but somehow a few always find their way on there] but only when they are really good. This song is so beautiful and Sewoon’s voice is so beautiful like how can it not be on the list.
5. SuperM - “Jopping”
If yall didn’t think I was gonna put Jopping on here...then yall have lost your minds. Like how can you not like this!??
6. Ateez - “Wonderland”
Again like how would not put this on the list, Ateez is freakin amazing and this song is amazing. And can we just talk about how Rap Line slays and also Jongho slaying the high notes like damn!
7. Great Guys - “Be On You”
So underrated and yet so talented and good. Please check them out and love them omg!
8. Kei - “I Go”
Kei is so beautiful, her voice is so beautiful, this song is so beautiful!!! I just...I have no words you just have to listen to it!
9. N.Flying - “Good Bam”
Just got to love a good old N.Flying song. It’s not their best song, nor my favorite but it’s pretty good. I enjoy listening to it.
10. Bbeum - “Take A Walk”
Doubt anyone knows about them or this song, but it’s pretty and refreshing. Sometimes you just need a nice refreshing song to wash away stress or worries.
11. Nu’est - “Love Me”
I honestly can never thank Produce 101 and Wanna One/Minhyun enough for helping to revive Nu’est and raise them up to where they were always meant to be. This song is great and catchy, I’m so happy they’ve been getting Seventeen level songs since their revival.
12. VAV - “Poison”
I’m sorry are you still sleeping on VAV because you shouldn’t be! Listen to them and love them! I love that they are getting so much more love and recognition now, but like people still sleeping on them...trust me.
13. Day6 - “Sweet Chaos”
Does Day6 ever make a bad song...no...no the fuck they don’t!!!! And that’s all that needs to be said.
14. Youngjae - “Forever Young”
I really like this song, but I think it’s because it reminds of some song I’ve heard before....I can’t think of what it reminds me of though. But also can we talk about how different Youngjae sounds solo than when he was in B.A.P....idk maybe it’s just me but I think he sounds different.
15. Ariaz - “Moonlight Aria”
Really not bad for a debut song. I mean I’ve heard better but I’ve also heard a lot worse. So I actually kinda like the vibe of this song.
16. Monsta X - “Follow”
I do not stan Monsta X (sorry), and I never really like their songs that much. I’ve just never been able to get into them. However, that said, this song fucking slapped me, dragged me, snatched my wig, and kicked my ass. Like it’s soooooo good omg!
17. Taeyeon - “Spark”
I’m not sure what to say about this one, I just kinda like it.
18. A.C.E - “Savage”
This is literally my favorite song of October. I sing it all the time, I listen to it all the time. I LITERALLY LOVE IT!!! If you are sleeping on A.C.E you must stop now!
19. Hyuk - “A Long Night”
Hyuk has such a nice voice, but I wish he would do a faster pasted song....just once.
20. We In The Zone - “Loveade”
Another cute, refreshing song.
