I don't do headcanons often but I absolutely love the idea of q!BBH having multiple forms he kinda switches into depending on mood/how he wants the other person to perceive him.

Just did a quick little doodle to kinda showcase how I envision it

I imagine the last one q!BBH's face basically can kinda morph into anything (the best way I could explain it would be like Flowey from Undertale).

Bad... Wouldn’t know what to do with himself. Bad is very protective over his closest friend. Although he has the capability to summon and bring back the dead alongside bringing souls back from the grave with enough magical power, he can’t bring back golems. You see, despite their sentience and capability for personality, Golems of any kind only survive by a bond to those who summon them. If the person that summoned them were to pass on, they would pass on as well. Golems survive only for the purpose of protection. Despite some creators growing attached to them as if they truly did have souls, they can only survive as long as they have their creators alive, and if they have enough gems to reform/ repair themselves. Unlike a human soul that has the ability to come back from the dead if summoned, if a golem is attacked with enough force, they will die without the ability to be revived.

The beauty of being a past angel of death, Bad has the full ability to guide and summon souls to and from death. The worst part about it is that golems don’t work like human/creature souls...

FUCK MY LAST POST-- OK OK OK BAD IS A FALLEN ANGEL OF DEATH. NOT A DEMON Think about it. In character Bad was the main funeral celebrant when it came to initiating Schlatt’s funeral. Wouldn’t it be a cool idea (in headcanon of course seeing as he calls himself a demon on stream) if he were just trying to hide his angelic attributes by using sorcery to hide his wings? Maybe that’s the reason he doesn’t have wings on his skin? What if he tried raising the dead or something like that and that was the reason he fell from grace? Having hated what he did to be damned, he hides his wings in shame. While he doesn’t fulfill his prior job anymore, he still serves as a guard for the afterlife.  I know it’s not that deep but think of how cool of a story that would weave. You can’t just throw me a demon man and expect me not to make an entire not real reason for him to be a demon man

Here’s the thing. Bad, in my AU, is a fallen Angel of Death. The rest of his friends have no idea of his past or his power. Why he fell from grace. Why he refuses to talk about his past at all. And while he is friends with quite a lot of people, he doesn’t tend to get close to anyone in particular, other than his golem. Needless to say, Skeppy reminds him much of a friend he once had

Diamond golem Skeppy is so small and I find that so adorable! How does he protect the gems, metals, and such though? Or at least how do diamond golems protect it?

Yea, Skeppy sometimes slacks when it comes to his job as a Diamond Golem, but seeing as Bad is pretty good at guarding his wares anyway, it’s no real issue As far as Diamond Golems go though, It’s truly dependent on whether or not their creators use more or less of a material to make them. For example, Iron Golems are primarily made with MANY iron ingots/blocks. This way they’ll be more of a threat to those who pose to harm their creators. Diamond Golems are primarily made smaller to navigate the house/building they’re assigned to protect. When a Diamond golem is given a signal or sees something they deem threatening, they will grab the valuables of their masters and flee to the nearest exit/crack in the wall/ assigned protected area. This is all dependent, of course, on their creator’s choice to assign their golem. Some Diamond golems are made with ample amounts of diamonds and are rather large (like the default iron golem) and are assigned to attack the threat. Though seeing as many Diamond golem owners don’t have the opportunity to gain many diamonds to create their golems, they’ll simply keep to the fleeing option

Sorcerer BBH, a demon with the power of necromancy, brings Wilbur back but ... He fucks up.

Wilbur isnt even half the man he used to be. BBH is terrified and horrified by his actions and realized he ruined the life AND afterlife of a once prosperous man. He shuts himself away with his golem, the only one he keeps in contact with. Going mad more and more
