Brent Joseph said of this photo of Pascal Estime that is taped to the side of a filing cabinet near his desk in the Special Victims Unit. Det. Joseph arrested Estime, 55, of Saturday at Fort Lauderdale International Airport before the man could board a flight to Haiti. Estime was charged with two counts of sexual battery for the 2004 rape of a mentally handicapped woman. Please join us in thanking Det.
