Ok but no seriously the first time Cas gets sick Dean is torn between laughing or feeling bad because every time Cas sneezes he gets this terribly confused and uncomfortable look on his face and he doesn't understand why his body wants to fall asleep two hours after he had already slept and when he rolls over on the bed he makes these pitiful dying animal noises because his head feels stuffed with cotton. Nevertheless, Dean brings him tissues and cold medicine and makes him tomato and rice soup and sometimes when he's feeling really generous and Cas is having trouble going to sleep he'll rub vicks on his back and softly hum Stairway to Heaven.
