Arlene isn’t much of a girlie girl being that she the only girl in her family and has two older brothers. Arlene tends to hang out with them alot almost to the point where she sounds like them. Besides hanging out with her brothers, she likes to stay home messing around with whatever she can get her hands on. She’s pretty much a DIY queen. She loves adding a little something extra when it comes to decorating and fashion. Although she enjoys staying at home, Arlene has had a hard time trying to fit back in with the humans in Brindleton Bay. Her Oldest brother, being the jokster he is, messed around with a siren in Sulani that ended up getting him in huge trouble with the siren community. The sirens made a deal that for her brother to repay his debt he must become a siren himself. Arlene, knowing how stubborn her brother is, took it upon herself to pay off her his debt. Since Arlene was turned into a siren, she doesn’t display their typical outer appearance in her human form or their mermaid form. Only her eyes are what turns people away. Arlene never wants to give up hope that someone will look past her eyes and discover her true nature.

This is my first time submitting a sim for a bachelor/bachelorette challenge bc I never really make backstories for my sims. I had to atleast give it a try and see what I could come up with. Here she is and I hope she gets chosen for Hylis ♥
