incorrect.
many people would like to tell me that because religion is passed through the maternal line, or whatever. and to them i say, no, that's not how religion works. religion is not hereditary. it's something you believe.
it would be disingenuous of me to say i belong to any religion considering the stories of the torah and the bible, while nice and perhaps somewhat interesting, are about as real to me as any one of the YA fantasy novels i read on the regular (to my utter dismay, believe me i wish they were all real).
personally, i believe that god is a woman and the first artist who painted the universe with the tip of her ring finger then called it a day.
#i appreciate your enthusiasm for my presumed judaism#but i know not a lick of hebrew#and honestly i can't really get behind the whole no afterlife thing#i mean part of me sees the validity and probability in that#but then another bigger part of me thinks that really sucks#like imagine not being alive#you literally can't#idk i guess that's for future ember to deal with#right now we're just daydreaming about a universe that sends you to your favourite book realm after you die#bc goals
